Development of the Adivasi community for the advancement of women and young people

At present, the organization works for the advancement of the education and health of the women and young people in the district through school reinforcement and the training of women and girls in clothes making.

Women and young people are the most vulnerable group in society and need advancement to achieve dignity and a higher social status. They are the most exploited sector socially, politically and culturally. This organization works to include them in society through awareness-raising, training, education and backing at all levels.

This project will be carried out considering the political and social status of the community to workshops to boost leader skills, also taking into account health and hygienic conditions and identifying the needs and problems in common.

These workshops are aimed at the self-help groups of 10 villages in Kalapur and will be led by instructors, social workers and health workers.

The work carried out with around a hundred women and young people will not only be reflected in the family circle, but also in the resolution of small everyday problems in the community.

The aim is to form 10 self-help groups in 10 villages and to work in each one of them towards the advancement of women, training them in different areas and encouraging activities that produce income.

Two hundred women and 200 young people will benefit directly from these projects.
